Titan G4 is designed and build according to OSHA regulation, working with Titan G4 is safety without risks. The setup process as well as the daily working time are done on the floor level, and all rotating parts are covered. There is no exposure to heat or sharp areas. The Saw is hidden so there is no directly access. The pipes, as well as the thermal units are covered from the outside to prevent any interface to the worker.

The most important value that the Titan G4 brings is the pipe’s quality. High resolution cameras are located around the pipe from external and internal zones. The cameras identify any mismatch to the basic quality picture and an alarm is sent to the Control system.

Furthermore, the pipes diameter tolerance is less than 0.5% from the pipe diameter and the layer thickness is measured during the production. A quality report is published for each production batch according to customized parameters.

In general any plastic product produced requires a controlled environment and especially a stable temperature environment to achieve quality welding and mating between the layers.

Titan G4 can produce pipes in any outdoor environment from (-) 10 ° C to 40 ° C [14-104 ° F] thanks to the enclosure insulation assembly which maintains ambient temperature stability during the manufacturing process.
