Quality Assurance

The most important value that the Titan G4 brings is the pipe’s quality. High resolution cameras are located around the pipe from external and internal zones. The cameras identify any mismatch to the basic quality picture and an alarm is sent to the Control system. Furthermore, the pipes diameter tolerance is less than 0.5% from the pipe diameter and the layer thickness is measured during the production. A quality report is published for each production batch according to customized parameters.

Environment

In general any plastic product produced requires a controlled environment and especially a stable temperature environment to achieve quality welding and mating between the layers. Titan G4 can produce pipes in any outdoor environment from (-) 10 ° C to 40 ° C [14-104 ° F] thanks to the enclosure insulation assembly which maintains ambient temperature stability during the manufacturing process.
